Coaching is about helping people move forward.

Whatever the issue, the process is the same:  Acknowledge and accept your situation as it is now, identify the changes you would like to see, and forge a path of small, intentional steps that lead you in that direction.

This might sound simple, but humans are complicated, and most of us have limiting beliefs that keep us feeling stuck. We rarely recognize these as beliefs because they aren’t conscious. Instead, they repeat as stories we tell ourselves about what is and isn’t possible for us, stories so ingrained that it takes an outsider to even hear them.

Fortunately, I am a very good listener.

I can often hear things that you might not. When this occurs, I offer my perceptions respectfully and we work together to clear a path forward.

Coaching is especially helpful in the midst of change. For example:

  • You are at a crossroads in your personal or professional life. You know that something needs to change but aren’t sure how to go about it.

  • You have a vision of your desired future but haven’t found the clarity, time, or energy to move forward.

  • You have been through or are in a life or work transition. Something essential has changed, and your identity has been shaken up.

My focus is on helping you overcome obstacles, achieve your desires, and find peace in the process.

No need to hurry. No need to sparkle. No need to be anyone but oneself.
